We have partnered with the DeBartolo-York Family to collectively bring community green space to Southern Park Mall, which will be named DeBartolo Commons.

We can’t think of a better partner than the DeBartolo-York Family as we co-design the proposed facilities.

With the DeBartolo-York Family, and our other stakeholders, we have commenced a redevelopment effort to make Southern Park as dynamic as ever and maintain its longstanding presence as a gathering place to shop, play, eat, drink and hang out within the Boardman community.
